To make payments for session fees, outstanding balances and co-pays please use the below button.
After clicking the button, you will be given the choice between credit/debit payments and ACH payments. See additional information below regarding payment methods.
The ACH payment method pulls directly from a bank or HSA account. You will need your routing and account number for this. This payment method is secure and has no additional fees or charges added to your payment.
Something to consider is to fully contribute to your HSA account so that you are maximizing tax benefits. This also provides you a simple method of making payments and tracking your expenses. This is not financial or legal advice, only an option to consider (no pressure).
If you chose to use a debit or credit card (this also can include your HSA debit card), there will be a 3% convenience fee added to your payment that you are responsible for. I recognize this can be off-putting because card payments have become so normal in our society. The unpleasant truth of this method is that each card transaction typically accrues a 2.5-3% transaction fee for the business receiving payment. Over time, this adds up to thousands of dollars. As I take efforts to be a wise steward of money, I hope you are able to accept and understand this. I am happy to work with you on workarounds if you are in a fragile financial position and this presents a threat to your financial stability.
