In a culture enthralled with technology, striving, and speed, people of many faith traditions long to slowdown, pay attention and wake up to the present moment. Sharing from her new book, Fully Awake and Truly Alive: Spiritual Practices to Nurture Your Soul, Jane will discuss and guide you in some practices that can be incorporated immediately into your daily lives. There will be time for questions and discussion followed by a book signing.
A light lunch will be offered at noon, so please register below.
